Thank you so much for stopping by to learn more about Moonshine Health. Moonshine Health is located in Lake Orion, MI. Though I have traveled the world assisting my client through their health journey. We focus on integrative approaches to enhance your health and overall wellness.

We believe each client is unique therefore our programs are created specifically for each individual. And because we understand how hectic life can be and how quickly it changes, we teach you how to adapt and create sustainable change.

Sustainable change starts with our mindset and is carried out in our everyday routines. We believe that identifying the deeper truths of ourselves is the first step in transforming. Below you'll find information on next steps.

THE CONSULTATION:
Each client undergoes an initial health consultation. This helps me understand where you are in your journey. I call this the path you're currently on. This consultation helps me understand what drives your decisions, your nutrition intake, your life balance and your current health concerns.
The consult can often feel slightly intimidating because we start to learn truths about the decisions we make and how they may be affecting our health. Know that this is a safe place to explore your truths and create a new identity or your new path. Our consultations are private and confidential.

We will talk about which program would be most suitable for you and plan for our first official session. After first official session you will walk away with identifiable action steps to a healthier and more balanced life. Each week you will learn and use tools to build upon the last; building a strong foundation to tackle any obstacle. Everything you need is within you.

THE RESULTS:
